Axis Demolition owner Steve Williams uses an excavator to knock down walls and scoop away charred remains of the Victoria Islamic Center. The mosque's copper domes were salvaged and will be refurbished for the new building, Imam Osama Hassan said. Williams said his company is also attempting to salvage inscribed marble slabs that adorned the front of the building. See more of the demolition, A3
