Two sentencings were reported Friday in the Indiana òòò½ÊÓƵ Common Pleas Court.
President Judge Thomas M. Bianco sentenced Nathaniel T. Martin, 23, of Johnstown, to a yearòòò½ÊÓƵ™s probation while also assessing court costs, fines and restitution for theft and public drunkenness charges in a case that went to county authorities earlier this year.
Judge Michael T. Clark sentenced Sandra L. Pope, 63, of White Township, to a yearòòò½ÊÓƵ™s probation while also assessing court costs, a fine and restitution in a retail theft case that also went to county authorities earlier this year.
