FORMERLY OF VICTORIA òòò½ÊÓƵ” Carolyn Hammack Caudle, of Victoria, went home peacefully to be with Jesus on February 25, 2025. Carolyn was born to the late Jewell and Cecilia (Staff) Hammack on September 1, 1947. She graduated from Nazareth Academy in 1965 and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church her whole life. Carolyn spent her entire professional career in the banking business. She was affectionately known by her classmates, friends, and family as òòò½ÊÓƵœCabòòò½ÊÓƵ� and òòò½ÊÓƵœGrandmaòòò½ÊÓƵ�. Cab loved gardening and being outside. She laughed easily and had quite the sense of humor. Like clockwork, you could always catch her at 6:30PM watching the Wheel of Fortune. Grandma loved her family and was always interested in her grandchildren and their busy lives.

Carolyn is survived by her three sons, Kavon Novak (Lori) of Caldwell, Chad Novak (Deitra) of Flatonia, and Derrick Caudle (Lindsay) of College Station; nine grandchildren, Jesse Novak, Bay Jewell Novak, Hattie Novak, Harrison Novak, Casen Novak (Logan), Ashlen Rosenbaum (Nathan), Shannen Novak, Kinlee Caudle and Carter Caudle and one great grandson, Knox Novak. Carolyn is also survived by her sister Elizabeth Thompson (Tommy), brother John Hammack (Cathy) and her twin sister Marilyn Nevlud (Joe). She is fondly remembered by numerous nieces and cousins. Cab, we know you are dancing with Mamma and Daddy in heaven! Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 11th, 11:00AM at the Catholic Cemetery #1 in Victoria.
