On July 10, 2025 at approximately 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, Victoria òòò½ÊÓƵ Sheriffòòò½ÊÓƵ™s Office (VCSO) deputies responded to the 50 block of Diana Drive in reference to a reported gunshot victim.
Responding deputies located a deceased male inside the residence with apparent significant injuries. The victim has been identified as Victoria resident Mitchell Hubbard, 39.
Investigators believe this is an isolated incident at this time. There is no known threat to the public, according to VCSO.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
